Jonathan R. G. Zhang

Jonathan Zhang is an international legal, investment, and capital markets executive with over 30 years of experience advising governments, multinational corporations, energy SOEs, and emerging technology enterprises.
He specializes in cross-border legal structuring, U.S. capital markets access, corporate globalization strategies, and the compliant deployment of blockchain and RWA (Real World Asset) ecosystems. His work bridges law, finance, and technology, with a strong focus on equity tokenization, digital transformation, and international investment governance.
Zhang has played a senior advisory and leadership role in overseas EPC and BOT infrastructure projects across the Middle East, Central Asia, South Asia, and Africa, serving major Chinese enterprises including CNPC, Sinopec, and Shenyang Blower Group. He has also led end-to-end U.S. market entry strategies, including IPOs, SPAC transactions, reverse mergers, and cross-border M&A.
In addition to his executive practice, he actively serves on boards of NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies and contributes to policy research, legal technology, and AI-driven compliance frameworks.
